Engaged by Grimshaw Architects to provide tourism inputs for the Twelve Apostles Visitor Precinct Masterplan, Penny provided advice on the development of the master plan on behalf of TRC. The purpose of the Masterplan was to deliver an iconic world-class visitor experience for now and the future, aiming to develop an integrated offering across the Twelve Apostles Precinct, the Shipwreck Coast and the Great Ocean Road Region. The Masterplan provides a compelling, immersive and diverse set of experiences that exceed visitor expectation and encourage increased length of stay, spend and satisfaction.
