On behalf of TRC Penny worked with Fraser Coast Regional Council, and the Hervey Bay community to prepare an Infrastructure Study which identified gaps in tourism infrastructure and recommendations to improve visitor experiences. With significant tourism infrastructure Penny worked with local businesses to determine what was required to build on the success to-date to take the destination forward. The report identified investment opportunities to reinforce the special character of existing precincts within the town to enhance liveability and make local places more attractive for residents and visitors alike.
