This project involved developing a plan of management for a cross-border reserve located within the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales with significant environmental values adjacent urban development. The reserve is managed under an innovative community-based arrangement including partnerships with government agencies, research institutions and the community. The organisation is a leader in reserve conservation, ecosystem restoration, community stewardship and sustainable recreation. Penny developed the original plan in association with TRC and five years on she is now undertaking review.
